Hedres Serwary DBA AscendX ("AscendX"), the provider of the Active Again Challenge, collects the information you give us when you join the Active Again Challenge, book a call, or ask about coaching. This may include your name, email address, phone number, survey answers, and information you share with us in calls or messages. Our website and advertising tools may also collect basic visit and campaign information.
We use this information to respond to you, run the free challenge, arrange appointments, provide coaching, process payments where applicable, and improve our services and advertising. We send promotional or informational text messages only when you separately opt in to each category. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of joining the challenge or buying a service. You can reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email.
We share information with service providers that help operate the business, such as HighLevel, Meta, Trainerize, Stripe, and email providers, as needed for those purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Providers may process information in other countries, including the United States, under their own privacy and security practices.
